Bio-Analytic Resource for Plant Biology (BAR) —
Resource Link Bio-Analytic Resource for Plant Biology (BAR) Description ePlant tool allows for exploration of Arabidopsis data sets from the kilometre to nanometre scales. eFP Browser provides "gene expression anatograms" for depicting where and when a gene is expressed. Arabidopsis Interactions Viewer taps into the BAR's database of more than 100k protein-protein interactions and 2.8M protein-DNA interactions. Tools for exploring other plant data available too! Maintained by Provart Laboratory at the University of Toronto -
Ensembl Plants —
Resource Link Ensembl Plants Description Great resource for processed RNA-seq data, precomputed gene trees across the species curated by Gramene, as an access point to Plant Reactome and other features. Maintained by EBI-EMBL -
Gramene —
Resource Link Gramene Description Gramene is a curated, open-source, integrated data resource for comparative functional genomics in crops and model plant species. Maintained by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Oregon State University, and EMBL-EBI. -
The Arabidopsis Book —
Resource Link The Arabidopsis Book Description Freely accessible, peer reviewed articles about everything Arabidopsis. Written by experts and wide ranging in coverage, it is the definitive guide. Maintained by American Society for Plant Biology (ASPB) -
The Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR) —
Resource Link The Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR) Description An online community resource and database of genetic and molecular biology data for the model higher plant Arabidopsis thaliana. TAIR integrates information about the Arabidopsis genome, genes, gene products, natural variants, mutant alleles and plant phenotypes and research literature. Maintained by Phoenix Bioinformatics -

Another example of different formatting of the tables of the individual resources.
Leonore Reiser
Yeah that is odd because I copied the same format for each record.
I changed things a bit so that the table is still 'responsive' except the left colored column is made as small as possible. I do not see that same weird expansion as you did but that just means it is inconsistent between browsers.
For variation the TAIR entry has a fixed size and does not resize.
